Minutes

• Reviewed financial status for 2024, including one time (helmets) and recurring (insurance & track rental) costs.

• Number of attendees required to cover costs per event - 15 (this goes up for after each canceled event)

• Kailie mentioned potential donations from organizations linked to FMC (prevoius gift bags from Stage Alpha, promotional materials sponsored MacNeil’s Autohaus, Aiden Khoury), and potential cash donations from club members & affiliates. 

• Would like to see us pre-create (eventzilla/fb) events at the start of the year for members to register for, and send out reminders that they are upcoming a week or 2 in advance. Also advertise our events on other networks, such as instagram, X, snapchat etc.  Will discuss best ways to do this with Kailie

• Tim Dine is interested in taking part in ARMS Race Committee meetings and represent FMC.  He will take part in future meetings and if not available, another member can attend in his place. 

• Kailie expressed interest in updating the FMC website. Dwight will provide her with access to the site (google sites) for her to work on. 

Elections

• Executive positions empty included Vice President and Secretary.  Kailie nominated by Aiden for the role of Vice President & Secretary.  Seconded by Dwight Spencer, and voted for by Aiden, Dakota, Dwight & Tim. 

• As part of the elections, Ming inquired what were the bylaws (and terms for positions) for FMC. I stated that I’d never seen them.  Going to reach out to our past president (David Charters) to see if he has them, and if not, contact SNB to see if they are available.
